Scope: An aggressive advocacy campaign to increase public awareness regarding the rapid deterioration of the Himalayan rivers and the devastating impact the pending water crisis is going to have on the local peoples' lives and livelihood.

Focus attention on the critical need for mandatory, detailied Environmental Impact Reviews - that have often being side stepped - for the 250 Hydroelectric projects in different stages of implementation .
